Todd McCoy has been representing businesses throughout the region and the nation for over a decade.  His litigation experience is both varied and deep.  In addition to extensive experience representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation litigation, Mr. McCoy has been involved in complex insurance coverage and reinsurance litigation, products liability, construction litigation and other commercial and casualty cases.

Mr. McCoy received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from The University of Pennsylvania.  He devotes considerable time working with high school students and other community interests in Philadelphia.

Mr. McCoy is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
