The founding
member of Anthony J. Bilotti & Associates, LLC,
Mr. Bilotti has over 25 years experience
representing employers and insurers in a variety
of civil and administrative matters involving
litigation and counseling.
With
extensive experience in the areas of workers’
compensation, insurance coverage litigation, bad
faith litigation, and civil litigation, Mr.
Bilotti has successfully represented both
policyholders and insurers in premium disputes
and has obtained favorable results in cases
involving mental injuries, closed head injuries,
and exclusive remedy defenses.
He has
successfully represented employers and insurers
in a number of landmark cases before the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court,
and Superior Court including Kuney v.
PMA Insurance Co., Ryan v. WCAB
(Community Home Health Services), Banic v.
WCAB (TransBridge Lines, Inc.), and Davis
v. WCAB (Boro of Swarthmore).
A graduate
of Villanova University School of Law, Mr.
Bilotti is admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, The United States
Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the
United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania.
Former
co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s
Workers’ Compensation Section, Mr. Bilotti also
served on its executive committee for several
years. He also served for three years as chair
of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the
Defense Research Institute, the largest national
organization of civil defense attorneys.
Mr. Bilotti
is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar
Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association,
the Delaware County Bar Association, and the
Defense Research Institute. |
